On occasion, my set-up direction I want my camera, it says is in the different position

It was already bad enough, not being able to use your own sd card for anything but alert photos and incredibly slow log in to view alerts, which are mostly false alarms even with sensitivity turned all the way down. BUT NOW they make you watch an ad before you can log in and view your alerts. So if it were an actual emergency, precious time is lost, enough that could be life or death. Avoid this company. My camera from them is going to the landfill regrettably.

This is pointless you are immediately presented with Very long adverts that force you onto an app even when you press the cross at the top. I keep getting forced onto shein, and it crashes my phone. AJ cloud sort it out. I had someone try my door the other day and by the time I got to view the cctv they were long gone. It takes a minimum of 3 whole minutes to view cctv. Aj cloud will deny this but I am willing to do a TikTok with proof if anyone wants to see how bad it is let me know

Too many pop up ads and take longer time to check the camera or keep losing the connection is not worth it to have this product.
