Wonderful app. I only have 1 complaint and It's for the button that moves the camera, the one on the screen that moves the camera around. Its super touchy but always makes the camera move to the right....

It was already bad enough, not being able to use your own sd card for anything but alert photos and incredibly slow log in to view alerts, which are mostly false alarms even with sensitivity turned all the way down. BUT NOW they make you watch an ad before you can log in and view your alerts. So if it were an actual emergency, precious time is lost, enough that could be life or death. Avoid this company. My camera from them is going to the landfill regrettably.

The connection keeps going out...not picking up every motion. I have both cameras connected to see the lot from two different angles. They both are disconnected at the same time, therefore not picking up all motions. One picks up something that the other one doesn't. But both are pointed out to the lot. It's useless if it keeps getting disconnected and not picking up. I am not going to pay for the subscription fee if it's already not working right during the trial period.

App does not work as free, all downloads stop in process. Terrible interface. It may work if you pay for cloud service. My cameras haven't held up that uses AJ Cloud. won't be buying anything else associated with AJ cloud.

It is ok. I will say that it does work. Only problem is, even with a premium paid package my notifications go off constantly because the camera can not tell the difference between a human and a MOTH! Get literally constant notifications saying human when I view camera video it is a moth flying around lol. It is worse at night, so I can not pay 19.99 a month for an app that can not tell the difference between humans and bugs/insects! Also, the pet package has been saying coming soon for a year.
