It only records on my microcode 2 days only then they want you to buy cloud not right.the one camera won't let me record 24/7 don't know why and the other one records 24/7.

It worked for a day then now it won't save any recordings or register any motion alerts despite having the motion detection plan. I tried switching to the continuous recording plan, still broken. "Contact us" page is blank in the app.

This app is a buggy nightmare, constantly crashing when I try to download my saved videos, showing my cameras are offline multiple times a week, I'm sure it's done deliberately to force you to pay a subscription despite their assurances that you can use the cameras without one, it keeps picking up human activity when there isn't any and not picking up anyone when they are there. EDIT : Beware this app is a scam, don't buy their cameras or use the app, the positive reviews are fake

The cameras were great at first until Jaime Mikey McQuirt stole my account and hacked into my cameras. Since then, I have not been able to connect to any of my 3/4 devices. I tried contacting support and emailed them with no actual response. I have deleted the app and downloaded again but everything has remained the same since the hack. IDK how the cameras are Fam Viva but the app to download is Skeptecon...any advice?
