Hello, could you please fix the HD/SD setting? For example, when I select HD while viewing the live view and then close the app, the live view switches back to SD the next time I open it. Could you make the app remember the user's selected video quality instead of resetting it every time?

I am very disappointed with the V380 Pro app. My camera is working properly, but the app has many serious issues. 1. AI Event Detection is unreliable. Sometimes a person is detected and the alarm sounds, but no event is saved. 2. I am not receiving push notifications even when motion or human detection occurs. 3. AI features are inconsistent and do not work as advertised. 4. The app needs better stability, faster event Please fix these issues as soon as possible.

I bought the cctv, I bought the micros card, now the APP ALSO GOT LOTS OF ADS??? ADS WHEN I WANT TO CHECK MY SECURITY SYSTEM??? ARE YOU JOKING??? And I want to view my playback from SD CARD with 4x speed, WHY IT REQUIRES SUBSCRIPTION?? Other company like XiaoMi can do Micros Card fast playback (like 4x speed), why this company can't do?? DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL ONLY Require YOU TO PAY MORE AND MORE LIKE YOUR POCKET IS A BIG DEEP HOLE. 0-STAR SERVICE!
