Terrible! The app has not worked for nearly 1 year, I cannot find any guidance anywhere to help me fix rhe issue, the DVR appears to be working as I can see the live footage and playback on the TV, but my mobile app, will not connect to the camera, no footage, no playback, even had my installer back to the house 3 times to try and fix the issue, even he does not know what is wrong with it, I would like someone to contact me and get to the bottom of the issue!

Can't get the app to recognize the cameras, which makes it useless. Am now trying to find an alternative app for my home CCTV

Terrible app. Very unreliable. Using on Samsung Galaxy S26. Very slow, non-responsive, not showing cameras at all. Notifications coming through but can't view. I'll be uninstall unless an update will fix it. I'll be using an alternative app that does the job this app is supposed to do.

Constant false notifications, app doesn't allow changing setting when used with nvr the video playback for notifications completely out of sync time wise with the actual person who caused the notifications alert alarm ect.
