Keeps closing when viewing messages, says it has a bug and will be fixed with update. Now messages crash back to my main screen good app when working. Reinstalled 3 times & reset camera 3 times

Looks good. But we can see problem in thia app. We cannot increase speed of video play when we check in play back option. Please consider this and enable play back speed.

Great app. But after the recent updates, I no longer get a large banner image snapshot attached to each alert notification. I have to manually open the app to see what was detected. Kindly reintroduce that large image snapshot attachment to each notification

Very disappointing and wastage of money, I got installed multiple Hi Easy CCTV camera on several location but the backup play is pathetic, it doesn't play smoothly plays in flips, it is not defect in one camera only it is in every camera of Hi Easy. Very disappointed I want my money back but the seller refusing on the pretext that it is manufacturing defect. If you want proof I can provide you my user ID and Password. Thanks

After the recent update, app crashes when accessing messages and humanoid tracking detects and creates images without the detected image.

Playback videos won't play — when I try to view recorded footage, nothing plays. When I tap on "Messages" in the app, it just shows a blank black screen instead of the alert/notification content. The camera is giving false alarms (motion alerts triggering when there's nothing or nobody there I've already checked my settings and app permissions on my end, but the problems persist. Hard to even contact the seller
