The app works really good for the most part, but I have 2 complaints that are really annoying. 1 when I check the Tf to view the videos saved to the sim card for some reason after I view the TF card option it shuts the device offline, so I have to turn the device off and back on manually to restart it and connect back to Wi-Fi. 2 another minor issue I haven't been able to figure out is the microphone option to talk from my phone to the device there is no sound that comes out of the device

Hello. I am using this app, and I'm having trouble. When I try to select a Wi-Fi network in the app no networks are listed? I have to Direct Connect every time which is difficult and unreliable. Please help.

This camera and its app are unsafe. As I was trying to install it and when I went to read the privacy part of the app. It told me that the actual app was trying to steal my passwords and banking info and anything else that it can possibly steal. Do not use this camera. These people are crooks. I will be returning it immediately!!! I would give 0 stars if it were possible....

Camera is constantly offline. Even when I am next to it. I even got a Wi-Fi extender to see if it would make a difference but nothing changed. Wish I could return it. I still might if I can find all the papers
