A good system, but it takes forever to see the video and most of the time my core cam is offline. The last update has messed up both of my cameras, no more playback, but I get notifications, camera won't go live, can't connect to Wi-Fi. This app sucks, fix it.

Great to access cameras. Just takes a long time to load which sucks when you get an alert and want to check it quickly. (swann box is hardwired, and phone has 500mbps download speed so not sure why it's slow)

I run a reptile zoo in fl and with our caging being spaced out, so animals have more room we needed a camera system that could reach and these are out at 1000ft mark and slight delay but still can watch live and get notifications with descriptions to my phone

One of the worst Swann apps I've used. Usually have to reboot the app several times before I can actually view cameras or playback. Extremely temperamental and strongly considering changing cameras to a different make purely because of the app

This app is really bad to use when I have it open on my phone it will crash, and sometimes it will change my wallpaper on my phone it crashes that bad I will not buy a swann security system again

All the recent 5 start ratings are sus, because this app has always been low rated and for good reason. Single-handedly the worst app I've ever used. Constantly logs me out, disconnects from my cameras, doesn't load, drops out, force closes, is slow when it does work, and turning the alarm on cuts out the camera view. This app literally makes having Swann security cameras pointless.

After 5 years of having these cameras, DVR and the Swann app im finally removing them. The app is absolute garbage, decides when to load streams, have to exit or force close app to load them, quits on It's own everything under the sun except being able to use it for what it's built to do. Way to long to fix, It's a shame as the hardware is pretty decent.
