Tried to transfer money to my bank account from Net Spend, and it says the money was successfully transferred, but it never showed up in my account

The skylight app and website is currently down and needs to be fixed immediately. I cannot log into my account.

Like a month ago, said they'd refund over draft fees, but they never did even after calling. Today when I try to log in to access my money it says "it's a skylight card download app" there's no update tried to uninstall and reinstall nothing changed. So now can't even access my funds. If ur company wants to use for a tip card, just add to your check. Theirs fees when they add tips, fees when you transfer money, I'd guarantee im hundreds of dollars in fees this year alone. I wouldn't recommend
