Do not bank here do not download they have a ridiculous amount of fees and a paint to connect to some banks. Real pain and they want to fee you for everything run

Tried to transfer money to my bank account from Net Spend, and it says the money was successfully transferred, but it never showed up in my account

I highly suspect the Net Spend skylight One is compromised. I cannot speak for others. And this complaint isn't really alleged against customer service so much as it's towards the frequent amount of times I have had to deal with fraudulent access to my account. Indeed, even when I haven't used my card in months do I still get a fraudulent charge against me, of which literally overdrafts my account. I don't even remember allowing over drafting? There isn't even enough space to fully complain.
