The app was great for a long time but after an update the mobile deposit feature doesn't work at all. It says image quality doesn't meet requirements even after providing the most optimal environment just to take a picture of my pay check when it used to have 0 issue before. Now when I want to deposit my money I HAVE to go in person to the bank. If the feature doesn't work don't even bother keeping it on the app. It's more worthwhile to just use a different bank if you don't want to go in now

I don't understand what they are doing to this app, but now Belle no longer works. I just get a gray screen with a rotating circle. So now it is time to find another bank. Too bad, being that I have been with EFFCU/SCCU since 1990...

Cannot use at all. It keeps telling me I am in developer mode and need to close. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result.

The updated app is borderline useless. They say it's for 'security', but it is the only app that regularly disables my biometrics and claims it's because "my device hasn't been active in a while"... I was literally just on the app with biometrics, so that's a lie. Very inconvenient to have to go keep entering my password. Why have the quick balance features if you don't recognize me? At what point do we sell our convenience for a perceived threat? Very unfortunate because the bank is wonderful.
