The app has made my financial life easier. Space Coast Credit Union has allowed me to have a bank account without those pesky fees that for profit financial institutions have. Being a proud member of the credit union I highly recommend the app and their accounts. There is no monthly service fee, and you only need to open it with $25 and that is it. The only thing you have to worry is being inactive for 2 years, or you'll be charged $5 a month. Other than that it is being a great credit union.

I love this SCCU app. It's easy to use, easy to navigate and makes banking by mobile a breeze. Not to mention I think SCCU, it's employees and customer service is the best around. I wouldn't expect anything less from their app. 5 stars all around.

NEVER USE MOBILE DEPOSIT!!! You will not be informed if the check does not process! I waited 2 months thinking it was submitted. I checked my deposit history and there it was. Sccu never sent me a notification or anything to let me know that the check didn't go through. Sccu, thank you for nothing!

I don't understand what they are doing to this app, but now Belle no longer works. I just get a gray screen with a rotating circle. So now it is time to find another bank. Too bad, being that I have been with EFFCU/SCCU since 1990...

My account was hacked and compromised through the bank's own system and my passwords were changed without my knowledge....not good for my social security, so I moved to another bank and closed my account 🙃

The updated app is borderline useless. They say it's for 'security', but it is the only app that regularly disables my biometrics and claims it's because "my device hasn't been active in a while"... I was literally just on the app with biometrics, so that's a lie. Very inconvenient to have to go keep entering my password. Why have the quick balance features if you don't recognize me? At what point do we sell our convenience for a perceived threat? Very unfortunate because the bank is wonderful.
