Get a new Tec guy! App sucks having always call the bank to reset over and over, You miss password a few time have to reset over n over its ignorant! Have multiple bank apps, this the worst one I've ever had....

Why can't I get into the app despite already having an account set up? Two weeks of frustration plus 3 phone calls and still no success. If I hadn't banked with them for a couple of decades, I would probably change bank's. My son changed banks for the problems he endured trying to use this app.

Bank is great, however the app sucks. Could have full bars of Wi-Fi, and it still will not load half the time.

Get with the times!! fingerprint sign in should be available by now, also my mobile deposit keeps kicking me off saying it's a network error. My networks great tho so fix your damn network!! I'm obligated to bank here. It's the only reason I do.
