Constantly says can't connect to modem even when modem on, light solid green, and my phone is connected to the Wi-Fi (that has internet service) coming from that very modem! When we changed passwords it repeatedly said invalid even though a literal copy and paste of the chosen passwords. When you're lucky enough that the app CAN connect to the modem, you can't add the mesh device anyway...terrible app. Dysfunctional, makes what would be simple complicated/not possible. Definitely don't recommend.

What an awful app. I've just installed it this evening, and it's continually telling me I can't connect to the modem, despite all my devices being connected to the modem. I just want the app, so I change my ridiculously long password 😩
