I have been a felix customer for roughly 3 years now and apart from a couple of service issues they have been a great company. I use felix overseas and find it to be one of the most affordable companies to use. At the risk of sounding like an ad for Felix you get Unlimited data calls and txt for $40 a month, overseas $10 ad on But make sure you use your data for when your out and about on your holidays and hotel Wi-Fi when back at your room to save it from becoming expensive. Felix is awesome. My two teenage sons and I have had account for a few years now. We currently don't have home internet, and we have no issues with internet and using the hotspot to run our smart TV and gaming consoles. Only thing I'm not liking, and it's the first time having the issue, we currently live in a dead zone. It's not just Felix with the issue, it's everyone including businesses. $40 per month unlimited calls messages and internet is amazing Hurry up & offer home internet Felix

Data could be abit quicker and when you run out of data, and it says unlimited until next top up it should work. I was beginning to like felix but not so sure. As IOUs don't just have a customer number

Service issues, cost issues, no care. Plan price has doubled for existing customers, yet new users are offered 50% discounts. When asked they said take a $5 dollar voucher and change company. Felix has zero care for customers, no actual customer service and has even less respect for your money and income. Felix is not carbon-neutral - it has data centers. All the trees planted are investments for logging in 20 years - they're in farms, not in parks. Company is a pyramid scheme with no care
