A couple of times now they haven't returned the 1 dollar it takes to verify card. Slow small theft is still theft.

Appalling business. Been waiting a week for my Sim. Had to send a photo of my ID because the verification wouldn't accept accurate details. I get an email saying sorry. Couldn't verify you. Therefore your account is cancelled, and now I have to wait another week to get my money back. Trying to change, and it's ended up costing my business about $1000 nobody contacted me. I'm keeping the number I've had 11 years. And I just get cancelled. My advice. Spend the extra money on a better company.

I would not recommend Felix at all. Went through all the steps to set up an esim only to find that my phone wasn't compatible, so I have been trying to get someone over their live chat to switch my number back to my original provider, Vodafone. This has been a frustrating process. I'll most likely have to purchase a new sim with a new number. When people purchase the esim option, it should have an option to check if you're phone is compatible for esim before your number is switched over.

My experience with Felix has been extremely poor as it is very difficult to get in contact with an actual person, their AI system does not help me, and I've been in queue for hours. And all I needed to do was reconnect my account, so I could continue using this service. If I could rate lower than a one I would.
