I have been a felix customer for roughly 3 years now and apart from a couple of service issues they have been a great company. I use felix overseas and find it to be one of the most affordable companies to use. At the risk of sounding like an ad for Felix you get Unlimited data calls and txt for $40 a month, overseas $10 ad on But make sure you use your data for when your out and about on your holidays and hotel Wi-Fi when back at your room to save it from becoming expensive. Felix is awesome. My two teenage sons and I have had account for a few years now. We currently don't have home internet, and we have no issues with internet and using the hotspot to run our smart TV and gaming consoles. Only thing I'm not liking, and it's the first time having the issue, we currently live in a dead zone. It's not just Felix with the issue, it's everyone including businesses. $40 per month unlimited calls messages and internet is amazing Hurry up & offer home internet Felix

Would like to give zero stars. App is faulty, esim is faulty, and their customer service representative refuses to refund me (which is against the law in Australia). Really unhappy with my experience with them and don't recommend at all.

Misleading "unlimited-data" marketing. Customer-support driven attrition. 2+ hour waits to speak to orgasmatron/some-1. Every time. No resolve. Ever. Restrictions are hidden in the T&Cs. "Unlimited" bans hotspot use. No smart TV & other devices. Miss 1 payment and the $20 promo for 3 months is void. Internet @ spastic slow velocity. Pay more of your Colonel Clink pocket money & White-Ox snout for a different network. Kids wouldn’t use this toy service. Choose anything but Felix.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. DO NOT USE!!! Such a horrendous, frustrating experience. HOURS trying to reconnect after having old phone stolen. Their app is ATROCIOUS. Possibly designed by brain-dead chipmunks. NOTHING WORKS. FINALLY, after TWO HOURS, they tell me it's a 'known issue', meaning they have KNOWINGLY wasted my time all night! And will take FOUR DAYS to reconned!! The SECOND I am reconnected I am LEAVING felix mobile. How is this company even functioning? They need to be shut down immediately.
