I was told that to renew it, I need to download this app. By the time I needed to renew my plan, it subscribed me to a random plan. I renewed again, and was informed that it would nullify the plan that it randomly subscribed me to. When renewed my balance, I looked carefully to ensure it would subscribe me to the correct plan, but it was nowhere to be found in the Manage Bundle page. And now, my internet doesn't work at all.
