The service are not good the agent make false offer they are calling many times then offer you to upgrade your plan, and it will be locked in for one year then suddenly you will received a bill for 6 months using it u received the bill in regular price and telling you that the promotion is expired and it's only for 6 months. When u call and chat to the customer service is nonsense also its wasting your time nit only that also your money the network not giving good signal and give you more billing.

Garbage app and company. Tried to change my plan online. Couldn't receive the OTP after many tries. Online said to use WhatsApp. Did that. WhatsApp told me to use the app. Did that. The app said I had entered my number to be contacted. Did that. The person kept trying to upsell me on the plan and would not listen to me saying I did not need that much GB per month. Now, I cannot delete my account unless I call in. If you do like Vodafone, just go to the store. It will save you time.

You guys are scammers. You only know how to scam innocent people. When I signed up for this SIM, your representative told me I would pay only QAR 17 for the first month and QAR 85 from the second month. At no point was I informed that there was a mandatory 3-month commitment or that I would have to pay QAR 100 to switch back to prepaid.
