Useless updated had biometrics set up now can't even log in to it as needs a different way to login. Cant use email address, and I only have broadband with yourselves

How this app has such a high rating is a mystery to me, I have had it for less than a week and every time it errored, and I needed to reset it and redo the whole login process. Really painful to use, as it has been painful dealing with Vodafone and trying to get anything done, even registering with them, I had to do through customer service because their app amd website kept sending me around in loop, never again.
