After using it for 2 years in Turkey I've decided to switch to another one. These days the internet has been terribly slow and runs out quickly. They don't really have convenient packages for everyday use. Even if they do, I'd say they are rather expensive. Whenever I do run out of internet I can't even pay for it in their app. They had this feature before, however it's not working in November 2024. It cannot connect to the bank when you run out of internet

The call center personnel are purely incompetent in trying to understand what I am explaining, let alone in assisting me in finding a solution to the problem. The ISP provides an e-mail address for detailed explanation of the problem; however, that is all it gets. No one calls or e-mails back for further elaboration or a suggestion to the issue. Afterward I send a reminder follow-up e-mail only to receive an automated reply that the issue has "been updated" but to no progress. Still the same.

Worst network in Türkiye, impossible to load prepaid card, all Vodafone shops in Istanbul airport also disaster, stay clear. The prices in Turkey and abroad different, be careful.

Worst expensive ever with an app. You buy a tourist sim at a shop....when the credit is gone it's impossible to top up online. You go back to the shop to top up and they can't help you as say it's online only now. What a scam. You can only think they want you to purchase a brand-new sim.
