One of the worst apps and UI I've ever seen. You'll be seeing offers pop-up the second you log in to app. It feels like an indie free mobile game that AD bombs you every possible time. And extremely slow for some reason as well. Vodafone is already the worst ISP in the türkiye, But this kind of bad app is suprising even for such a bad ISP like Vodafone. I probably shouldn't be surprised tough, As they only pay and put effort for AD's everywhere rather than service for their own costumers.

I can't get password bcuz I cant send free sms. I can't enter account and top up. Account bcuz no password! So I have to change operator

English support is bad. And Email confirmation mails barely being sent and when it happens it always fails to confirm my mail. And some other settings in profile settings are a bit broken. But other than these all good.

It has gotten so much worse. Anyone can get through that stupid TOBi robot? I can't file a complaint about terrible reception because numerous errors and glitches. This tobi thing dlis useless. Can't reach a person. What the? I think I need to change this provider. Customer service is nonexistent.
