Overall a good friendly UI to the user. The annoying part is that it fails to keep the cardholder information despite the numerous attempts to save that. I hate this

BE CAREFUL. IF YOU HAVE A CONTRACT! VODAFONE TRICKS YOU INTO BEING OVERCHARGED! As an emergency, I needed to call Australia, I tried to look for a bundle within my 24-month contract in THIS application, but the application gives you NO option to buy bundle for calls outside EU. I have unlimited gigs, but they would sell me 15gig boost. Figure that one out. My 65 mins on the phone to Australia cost 80 euro. If I were on a prepaid plan I would get 300 mins in a month to Australia for 7 euro

I’ve noticed that Vodafone automatically activates internet bundles on my number without my consent when I top up my SIM. This has happened multiple times, even though I did not select or approve any offers. I find this very inconvenient and confusing, as it takes credit from my balance unexpectedly. I suggest Vodafone improve transparency and provide an easy way to disable automatic bundle activation, so customers have full control over their usage.
