Just renewed my monthly top up, and they put me on a bundle automatically that is no good for me, only data, I can't afford another card, in low pension, my usual bundle is 11 euro and the one they put me on is 14, absolutely disgusted, will be leaving after many years, and will probably change my home package too

Topped up €16, didn't get the 6 GB shake and couldn't even purchase a package for some data because they don't show up. Tried it on the website, same issue.
