UX can be much better. Especially when you want to do belle. And no chatbot or what with customer service features. But the app is all functional and good for daily use of checking balance and transactions etc.

The new app is awful. I had an external acct set up on the old app, now it makes me re-add it & wants to take days to verify, when it was already added on the old app. If I pay with a card or external it also wants to charge. This "new & improved" app is so not user-friendly either. I've spent 30 minutes trying to monkey around with it just to make my payment. Why put out a new app if its worse?

Cloning is identity theft duplicating accounts, bank fraud, credit card fraud, and duplicating debits is illegal also in the United States 🇺🇸

Wire transferring a loan payment through the old app from another bank used to be free, now it costs $4.99 for direct wire, or $9.99 to use a debit card. Ridiculous, "new and improved" just means another way to charge customers for convenience...

the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
