Mobile deposit unavailable for over a week now. Have never liked this app, but it is necessary to use as my job does not offer direct deposit and I don't always have time during regular operating hours to go in person. At this point I am seriously considering changing banks

This app WAS great & I really appreciated the convenience of it. Sadly, it recently was "updated" and is no longer accessible to me. Please help me understand why STCU cannot accommodate members who use an android device.

I have banked womith these guys for years. Had a rough year, and they do not care at all. Explained i just need a month to get caught up. They went ahead canceled everything. Took my tax return when I explained to them what's going. And then they closed my account. I will never say a good thing about this bank again. They are shady manipulating and liars!
