Constant issues. Oftentimes I can't see basic information through this app, or I'll have sudden problems even trying to log in. Buttons will consistently lead me to a page that says, "oops, something went wrong" or something to that effect. Presently. I can't look at transactions on any of my accounts, or view cards attached to my account. This app is a major downgrade from the previous app.

I'm always experiencing app difficulty like I'll go to check my bank on the app, and it's always saying they closed the app down due to servicing or maintenance or something like that. Or if I'm broke you all like to take more money I don't have it's like a "haha you broke let's make you even more broke". I'm rlly tryna make it here with two kids and working in an expensive state cus this fool doesn't want to be helpful, so it ain't easy doing it on my own. Then you all take my $... not cool. 😭😭😭

I honestly believe the 5-star reviews on this app are paid reviews. The app never, NEVER works fully. A key feature, transferring money to other accounts has been broken for a year now. The worst part is when the last app had to many bugs and was broken, they basically gave up and made a new app instead of fixing the previous one. I honestly don't think they have self-respect as a company.
