One of the better banking apps I've used. OCCU is also one of the best credit unions let alone a financial institution I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When my father passed away my brother had a set-up the account, and it was easy, I have enjoyed them so much I set up my own personal account, along with my youngest.

New review, since April 2025 update, I am unable to open my mobile account! At first, I was able to see "my snapshot page". Then, recently, I was locked out of that. I have called many times, done what they told me, their favorite comment is to blame my device, rudely. I began with this credit union in yr 2000. I moved in 2017 for disabilities care. Now I use the mobile app, and use emails. Due to sleep disorder it is difficult to contact them "during business hr's"; I am in dire need; for $!!

Love the bank, but the app has been very irritating lately. The remember me and remember device check boxes might as well not exist as I have to verify my account every time I use the app. Could be worse, as it seems secure and my in person banking experiences have always been amazing.

Horrible place to bank with, had to get a new card and I did not change my pin, and they have been no help to letting me access my pin or changing it.

This app us usually pretty handy as I don't have direct deposit set up through my work, but as of the last month or so, the remote deposit function has been completely unusable. Every time I go to make a deposit, an "unexpected error" occurs and doesn't allow me to deposit. It's getting frustrating.

My phone is only five years old and this app isn't compatible with my phone anymore. OCCU is a terrible credit union. Every two years I have some kind of significant problem with these people.

Weird stuff keeps happening with the app, it'll sign me out in the middle of me checking stuff in my account, or randomly close (or both) when I reopen the app it tells me to update my app for the best experience. But when I go to update the app it tells me the new version isn't compatible with my device. Prior to these problems the app ran pretty well might have to start looking around for a new bank.
