I love my bank app, personally I haven't had too much go wrong for me with this app. I can send messages if I have concerns about my account, and they get back in a timely manner and always explain everything to me. I love getting notifications about my deposits and withdrawals and that I get notified if something is suspicious with my account or if I'm low on money. The only thing I would say could improve the app is if they had a little more information about settings and stuff like that.

This has been a great app over the years, but the latest update has broken the biometric login capability. Any time I try to re-register my thumbprint, it acts as if nothing is there. It will respond to the cancel option, but won't read thumbprint. Please fix!

CU of CO WAS REALLY GOOD THROUGH MY 34 YEARS, The AP was really good....BUT NOW THE NEW APPLICATION is GREAT...ESPECIALLY FOR AN OLD MAN...simply simple!!! CUC has been great! I do all my Banking from my couch near Alamosa Colorado...34 years!

Was a fantastic app until their recent update. Now it frequently doesn't work, or I can't log in at all. I have no idea what is going on with my money most weeks. With so many hackers and scammers it's a good idea to keep tabs on your accounts. Since I do all of my banking through the app I will be switching banks since it appears to be an ongoing issue with no resolution in sight. Customer service doesn't seem to be what it used to be either. I have been a customer for almost 20 years.

Broken as of the Nov updates. Constantly being asked to enter my login info again, despite saving it, and getting those creepy "copied to clipboard" notifications everyone else is reporting. I don't care about your new "features," just give me an app that works like it used to.

...fingerprint verification no longer working resulting in having to bounce back and forth between this app and my password manager to cut-and-paste password...not to mention CUO FCO going downhill since I first became a member years ago...looking for another "bank" and app...
