I feel like some FCUs defy the "spirit" of the institution & too closely resemble their greedy, bank cousins. Not ACUTE. Every interaction I've had leaves me thinking that they care about providing a great service. The app is A+, too. Always works great for me. TY, ACU!

Haven't been able to make my credit card payment in 2 months. I have to go to the website just to make payment. Smh

The bank (FCUs are just as bad, yes) itself is awful. If you are a disabled veteran, I'd suggest Venmo as they will release your direct deposit the day they receive it. This bank will hold onto it until 2 days before the 1st and expect you to thank them. Here's the problem: the 1st is just the last, official day the VA guarantees checks BY. Ask any disabled vet, they never send/dep on the 1st. Venmo gives it to me anywhere from 8 to 4 days before the 1st. Every. Single. Time. Banks suck.

Can't use belle. It kicked me out of belle app because they said acu app should be integrated already. Bank is nice but app is really frustrating.
