How can they arbitrarily almost double your credit card rate. I thought we were locked in to the rate we signed the contract with.

The app before this was better, more user freindly. 717 did the same awful updates with the desktop version. It is two steps backward, inconvenient time waster.

Quick Balance never works, and I have to close the whole app when it gives the constant error trying to check Quick Balance because the X is blocked by the battery icon making clicking to close the Quick Balance window impossible. It was never an issue until the app updated.
