Go no further for banking. I appreciate IDEAL Credit Union for their hospitality and services. I drive to Eagan. It is worth the 20-minute drive from St. Paul. Wonderful service representatives who are knowledgeable and anticipate your needs

Worst experience using app, customer service, they won't even answer the phone to help out. Don't use this app it will send codes to palces like your work landline of a company you work for or possibly any other phone than your own. Even when they clearly have your phone number.

Not user-friendly, I'll be refinancing ASAP. I can't even use the app because it tells me my username/password are incorrect, but the exact same username and password work when I sign in using a browser. They also require you to provide your account number if you select the 'forgot username' or 'forgot password' options, but you need access to your account in order to get your account number. They don't accept your member number or the last four digits that are shown on their paper statements.

The app stops 60 times a day, then doesn't work anyway. This app also wants to track your location all the time. They say for security. What a load of bs. to
