Used to be great.it is now terrible. Very rarely works, then locks you out. Follow up 7/24: This app and bank have gotten worse. The best is when you bring it to their attention, and they add a reply like they give a 💩. Trust me, they do NOT. Their actions when problems arise speak volumes of their day-to-day services. Thankfully, I have only 1 account left linked to them, and then I'm done. CONNEX Credit Union is absolutely FANTASTIC!! You will not be disappointed!!

I always seem to have problems with this app. It kicks me out even when I have put in the correct usser & pass word. It always says I need to contact TCU because my mobile app has been frozen. It is a big problem. I have been a valued customer of TCU for 40 years and I have threatened to leave TCU because of its inconvenience. Right now I have another new password, and it has been working for the last 30 days. I pray it continues.
