Now that it's been updated, it does work. The bank was slow to address crashing problems, which leaves me worried it might leave me hanging, but it works relatively fine now, so updated to 4 stars.

App worked great till about a week after the photo-deposit feature was added. Then I got a security error. Can't seem to contact anyone who can fix it, only website and bank customer service. Tried reinstalling and it didn't make a difference. If it was fixed, I'd give it 5 stars, but it's useless as is. It was fixed. Haven't had any problems since (2017). Easy to use, great features. Very pleased.

I love that I can transfer funds from Florence to my other bank account. It's easy to make deposits at the ATM and the staff at my location are very friendly.

Used to work fine. Suddenly today the app crashes before I can even finish typing my password to login. Was trying to deposit a check that I already wrote "For mobile deposit only" on, so not sure how to get this deposited now and really needed it asap.

The app is horrible!! Takes forever to log me in after it kicks me out a few times. Then, once I'm logged in I can't see my account info cuz a box pops up and literally says, this app has bug issues! Please fix!
