Easy to use I really enjoy freedom credit Union it makes it easy if your cards missing to just lock your card so no one else can use it or if you're having issues of transactions, and then they'll take great care of you

App no longer works since Android 14 update. Crashes after 10 seconds. Even before the update, the app was clunky and didn't work great.

This app has always been a bit slow, but did all the basic things I needed. It stopped working 2 weeks ago on my Google Pixel 7. It crashes immediately on trying to enter any information on the login screen or hitting any of the buttons. My OS is up-to-date. The app is up-to-date. I cleared cache & reinstalled many times. I sent a message to the support email listed in the app store a week ago and no response. So, broken app and completely unresponsive app "support".
