When it allows me to open it works great other times it keeps trying to load with no progress. Also, now it makes me do a text verification which makes a fast balance or transfer action take forever and most of the time keeps loading and can't process transactions.

Excellent for my needs. I love HCU. More and more additional uses added every day. What I really like is the ability to deposit checks. Admittedly this may not have all the bells and whistles bank apps, and I visit the building in my home once a month, and no bank has everyone know your name.

**UPDATE** It is even worse! Just tried to deposit a check & it keeps getting rejected. Something about a line intrusion on a picture the app took & then will not accept it because it has been "previously submitted". About a hot second from dropping HCU all together. HCU must have "updated" & it has been nothing but problems since. I have had the app freeze up & I cannot properly log out. I haven't been able to sign in because it just sits there circling.

The latest update has been running really slow and laggy. This was a 5-star program until the latest update. My phone is new.
