I am disappointed with my experience. My phone was returned as repaired, but the display failed immediately. After a quick adjustment it worked briefly, then died the next day. A replacement display was fitted, yet it developed lines and the phone was sent to Nairobi. I was later told it had liquid damage and asked to pay KSh 4,600 for another display. I never received a clear explanation for the repeated repairs or why the diagnosis changed. Better communication and transparency are needed.

This is really frustrating. This is third time our application has been rejected because of the boarding pass. My friend has been suffering for more than a week. His phone is locked, and he has traveled to Kurdistan, Iraq, for a new job. He is working without a mobile phone, which is causing him significant difficulties. We have already provided all the required documents, including: Passport Mobile phone box Purchase receipt Boarding pass What kind of additional proof do you require?

Technicians supposedly broke some of my device components such as speaker and backlight while the intended repair only is to replace the charging port and still charging fees for repairs of the damages they inflicted to my device.
