App was comprehensive however there should be a "more info" icon next to the more technical words. When making a selection for "affect area" there were several works like back casing, back casing all, back casing arm portion etc. what on earth does that mean? Clarification would be beneficial for the consumer and allow for more accurate/efficient claims processing and submission.

The customer service sucks. They have denied any claim I have ever made. Small stains on chairs cover the clear coat coming off my table. I have emailed customer service to try and get information on why it was denied, and they either will respond, saying it's not part of the claim or won't respond at all. There is no way to talk to someone over the phone to get any explanation.

The app is just to stall you. It does not work. I entered photos details and had to work with the original store to even get the plan I purchased in their system. Luckily I had almost of my original paperwork. The app does not give you anywhere to submit the claim or anywhere for updates. It just sticks you on the terms and conditions with no way to accept. This is all just a scam.
