App was comprehensive however there should be a "more info" icon next to the more technical words. When making a selection for "affect area" there were several works like back casing, back casing all, back casing arm portion etc. what on earth does that mean? Clarification would be beneficial for the consumer and allow for more accurate/efficient claims processing and submission.

This company is a dishonest scam, don't buy a warranty from them. The backboard of my couch broke, which is a covered one time event. The inspector they sent out told me to include some normal wear and tear because "That way you might get a whole new couch instead of fixing the backboard" So I followed his advice. Warranty Service then denied my entire claim on a technicality, because normal wear and tear isn't covered. They won't even fix the backboard now. Unbelievably dishonest.

This is the worse warranty service. I paid 500 warranty for you guys to email me saying it's not covered. The reason for me getting the coverage was because of the mechanic recliner, but you told me the coverage, but now it's not covered. I meet a phone fall and my recliner fixed ill be sure to leave reviews everywhere on value city furniture and their so call protection plan. This is not over not even close. I spent 4000 on my sofas not even a year old and my single recliner won't close
