I ordered laptop and while cancelling they were not providing any support. I thought lenovo provide good service that's why I ordered from it, but the service is worst and their delivery system is worsened. They just keep telling that order will arrive, but it took nearly one month. Don't order from Lenovo site or app instead buy from shop or amazon.

If ur like me, this Lenovo app is a complete failure. Instead, download the FEIT Electric app, try using that. Another user in this app recommended it. I installed LED light strips & FEIT picked them up without any issues. Easily controlled, works great. So Lenovo completely useless, FEIT great.
