Swipe right to turn it off. I got charged for 2 hours and used it for 20 minutes maybe! My mistake!!

★★★★★ Tim Vanhecke · Aug 5, 2024

First time riding one of these. Only because I was in Halifax whete they were available. I like Segways much better but nobody rents them.

★★☆☆☆ wes Røse · Jun 4, 2026

The scooters work amazing! It's just the app that can use some work, it takes ages to load sometimes. What was a 5-minute scooter ride turned into 10 mins of waiting. Overall it's a good idea and amazing product just the digital side of it can use a lil work:)

★☆☆☆☆ Robin Messenger · Sep 19, 2024

App crashes every time I unlock a scooter, and every time I finish a ride. Map is slow and laggy. The scooters themselves are very convenient, but the app is comically bad.

★☆☆☆☆ Alex · May 1, 2026

Nasty work taking the scooters off the map, as it leaves the app without purpose. They got rid of by-the-minute rentals, and the price on Long Rentals is so high you could buy your own scooter with a months fare. If you used this service to quickly get around town, it is no longer for you. If you're in Halifax, you're best off getting an Uber. If you're in Sydney, you lost the most valuable travel resource available.
