The app will not allow Bluetooth connection to the scooter even if my phone is literally on top of the controls. I've tried removing and reinstalling the app. I have a newer phone. I've tried turning it off and on again. I've restarted my phone several times. The battery is fully charged on the scooter. Lights work but acceleration does not work because it will not connect to Bluetooth.
