Connection is good upto 20 feet anything more and it disconnected. All features worked well except the dial speedometer and the trip mode.

I have no connection issues, Google Pixel 6 Pro. App is alright, but it is not needed, since you can do everything just by clicking the button on the scooter.

Arrived perfectly Easy assembly Riding around it felt under powered so at the risk of avoiding the warranty I added an extra battery with auxiliary switch Do the running out of power from the marina to local shopping which is mostly flat &@8.1 MI Only went 14 miles Battery and motor are overrated 7 amp hour battery Used ohm's law to test motor it's only a 250 amp motor Been real careful about water but Yellow Stickers are falling off

Absolute trash, I got it, and it looks cool, but immediately it wouldn't charge, it says it has a 25-mile radius or something like that and the only time I took it out it made it a mile or two and the battery completely drained. I had to ship it back to the sender, and it took two weeks to receive a refund. To be honest I really think I deserve a working scooter and a refund because it was a giant headache.

Doesn't work while riding scooter and doesn't work standing 2 feet from it! Hard to connect. No cruise control
