We wanted to make your ride even better, so we took everything we learned and rebuilt the Apollo app from scratch. It is a fresh start designed to be faster to use and more streamlined, so you can spend less time looking at your phone and more time on the road.
Everything you need, in fewer taps. We focused on making every flow feel natural and easy. You can connect via Bluetooth and tweak your acceleration or braking exactly how you like it. With the new Profiles feature, you can jump between your favorite scooter settings in a second. Managing your scooter is simple too. You can register your ride, update firmware, or flag your scooter as stolen if you ever need to, all in one spot.
Your command center. Your phone is now the ultimate dashboard. Keep an eye on your live speed, battery life, and motor temperature while you are on the move. We have Google Maps integrated right in, so you can navigate without switching apps. You can also pause your rides when you stop for a break and attach photos to your trips to keep a gallery of your adventures.
Get rewarded for riding. Who does not love a little friendly competition? Track your stats to earn AMPs, XP, and Badges just for cruising. See where you stand on the global leaderboard and customize your profile with a photo and bio so the community knows who is who.
We have your back. The app is also your go-to tool for keeping your scooter in top shape. Get quick tips on riding and maintenance, or reach out for help whenever you need it. You can access live chat, submit a ticket, or find a nearby service location in just a few taps.
Recent changes: The all-new Apollo app is here! We rebuilt it from scratch to be way faster to use and much more intuitive. Now you can switch scooter settings in a single tap, toggle between dark and light modes, and even pause your rides to snap and attach photos. Great scooter and polished app. Latest update overlaps the dashboard controls with the navigation bar so need to hide it to be able to connect to scooter. Please fix!

They should add a GPS to all of their scooters if your scooter gets stolen unless you pay extra I believe it should be complimentary in all scooters in case someone steals it the lock doesn't work. It will get cut. If you lock it with your phone they can still push it away. A GPS hidden internally that if reported stolen automatically pings the location and sends it to authorities I greatly appreciated it. Just if there is not much you can do otherwise to get your scooter back!

Use the app once, then never touch it again. The recent update fixed some issues, but it's really not enough. Just don't turn on auto-ride mode at least, that will drain your phone battery incredibly. Also, the elock through the app turns off with the scooter, so not very secure. If they can fix those issues, I'd be way more happy to stay connected more often, use the elock, and track my rides. Tracking my rides with gps would be amazing, but not at this lack of optimization. Edit: Worse now

After the update app stopped responding and closes when trying to connect with the scooter. App has a bug in it, I have cleared the cache and Uninstalled it re-installed and still is crashing

The app legit doesn't work any more apollo 2.0 lol 😂 ur scooter are breaking more lol and the app doesn't work 😂
