My Ather scooter has not been charging for 20 days. When I approached the service centers in Surat, all four centers refused to accept the vehicle, making lame excuses like "no space," "no laptop for updating," and "shortage of staff." They are asking me to wait another 15–20 days without giving any solution. Third-party mechanics cannot repair this, and Ather's official team is completely unresponsive.

Ather app sync failed since last 4 days. Nothing works like to shut down, reset or app uninstallation. Update:-I can easily say that . Ather having the worst customer support which I have ever come across.they have hired third party for customer support.they didn't know ABcd of the scooter.they generally raise tickets and close them even before rectification.if you tell them forward the call to higher authority.they will say we don't have such access .great scooter with the worst customer supp
