Rita z past 20 month used 45k Km run. No issue positive. Battery Till no issue.(Zip 90to 100) Rear wheel tire life max 22 km. Front wheel tire till not change. Bike no complaint. All additional features working. Belt till no issue. Timing V pulley not wear Negative. Center Stand missing. If you get a flat tire, you will have to face a lot of difficulties.

On the new app update, facing issues with map module, map is not loading anymore it only shows shimmer effects, kindly fix this one, rides need to see their ride route more effective way, also a small suggestion make a redirecting app opening feature on completed ride from map to Google map, so the rider can cross-check in a detailed way. Right now on this app there is no option for this.

In new update they removed the option which you can directly shut down your scooter from anywhere I park my scooter far way from where I live so my charging is low that's why sometimes i directly shut down it from app I don't want to go there to manually shut it down but in new update you removed it all shutdown button remote lock are you even improving or going back in old days I want that option back

Bluetooth just disconnecting no matter how many times I pair in my 450s, and nobody from Ather showroom cares or have any solution. Vehicle is just 14 months old. No solved problems

App update karne ke baad scooty navigate karne ka koi option nahi ho raha hai. Barish me khaki thi scooty use baad Horn ka sound kafi Cheema ho gaya hai. Mujhe HUD bola padta hai samne se hat jao. Scooty kitna charge hai ye bhi App me nahi dikha raha hai.

I took delivery of my vehicle on 02.08.2026. From the very next day, I have been facing an issue where the vehicle’s Bluetooth is not connecting. I immediately informed the Ather Nungambakkam showroom/service team about this issue. However, I was informed that they could only send an email and that I should directly approach Ather for the software related issue. Recently, my vehicle was kept at the service center for almost 23 days due to rat damage, but not solved Bluetooth issue.
