Overall good, but my right brake cylinder is not working and the part is not currently available and have to wait around 1 month. At least such critical spare parts should be available as without proper brake system driving the bike is risky.

Very disappointed with my Ather scooter experience. The vehicle was given to the service center for a software update, but the update failed. Instead of resolving the issue smoothly, I was informed that the dashboard needed replacement. A software update should not leave customers facing major issues like this. The service experience has been frustrating, with delays and a lack of confidence in the reliability of the product. I expected better quality control and support from Ather.

Time to move on from ather. Grid is going to charge ₹2.16/min. Not a proper fast charger network or planning for grid chargers and now price hikes. They are going to charge approx 100 bucks to 80% and that's around 2.2 units. Time to wake up and do the arithmetic. Poor grid network, exorbitant charge prices, poor grid support will sink you. Update : Your team closes the SR without many times. Hope, this feedback helps you out your fast chargers in discrete location and not 3-4 at one place
