Banking is banking to a certain extent. What really grinds my gears about ECU, is this: if you're traveling, you have to call them and tell them every single city you will be in, no matter how briefly. If you don't mention that you have a 20-minute layover in Denver, and decide to get a coffee using your debit card, you're out of luck my friend. The card won't work. This is a security measure I imagine, but to say it's a hassle is a huge understatement. God help you if you're on a road trip

This is the hardest app to transfer funds to linked accounts I hate this app honestly because it is so difficult but hey I guess I keep it to save money because I give up in frustration.

The remote deposit consistently rejected my pictures even though they were clear. They claim to be edges appeared to be bent which they were not.

Been with Waco's EDCU for 15+ years, but I'm getting fed up with this app. It used to work fine with my VPN but now no matter what I do the app won't load. And even if I use a filter to exclude it (which is dangerous/insecure) it still won't load my accounts as long as my VPN is turned on, meaning I have to compromise all security to see my balance. How incompetent does EDCU have to be to not allow a BANKING APP of all things to work with a VPN to protect my information from public Wi-Fi? Jfk 🤦🏼
