With the latest update, the app is no longer compatible with my device. I now have to go to the browser banking site just to check my balance and go to the bank to deposit checks. Horrible change.

ECU is telling me my phone is not supported anymore! Disappointed that they expect members to have the phone upgrade expense to continue using their mobile app. I don't recall any prior notification about this that would warn access would be cut off without warning because of phone incompatibility! How many people are they affecting?
