I do everything online most of the time. Although the lobby should be open I do believe the bank is being cheeped not having a lobby only by sppt.

They have now added a security feature when you need to text a code back to them before using the app. It only works a third of the time to actually let you into the system. Will be closing my account soon. FCCU service has hit bottom.

Call 24 needs to be reset too often, and mobile banking won't let me sign in, even AFTER retrieving my username & password. Then says "too many tries" ? Help

I am not a fan of this app. I cannot connect to a commercial bank like chase, and I end up having to belle myself payments for my credit card.
