I baked with a lot of banks a lot of brand name Banks everyone has a scheme and a rip-off I've never felt safer banking here, and I will never change Banks again I have found my home bank I don't care if there's not that many institutions in the United States what I care about is honesty and integrity, and you got it here my money is safe in their hands and I never felt safer

App sucks trying to access my account but every time it sends me the code and receive it. There's no way to type in the code just a says ."taking longer send another code" so I just go to the web and go from there

This banking app is a joke!! I love banking with HAPO, but they could have chosen a better app developer for their banking app!! 🤔 I'm running on a private DNS over Https and this app will not recognize my connection to the internet!! I'm wondering why?? Also, one thing that I noticed about this Banking App, are the permissions to record audio and use your camera!! 🤔 I'm just letting you know that those permissions are overstepping people's privacy!!

It's ok, but very limited. It's extremely difficult to make an additional payment for a car loan from a non-zero account. I get they want people to bank solely with them, but no. Even if I wasn't happy with my bank and only have HAPO because it might have been the lowest rate, the aggressive push is a huge turn off. The app overall is kind of clunky, not intuitive at all, and just difficult to navigate.
