I left US Bank years ago because of Hapo's love for their people! My Mother was struggling to remove a streaming app and a Hapo teller took time to help my mother remove the app. I switched over to Hapo within days. I didn't know that there was such a thing as banks caring for community!! Best decision I ever made ... Love HAPO!

I love the credit union with the people they are very helpful, and it is just the most convenient financial system that I have ever had or been with.

It's ok, but very limited. It's extremely difficult to make an additional payment for a car loan from a non-zero account. I get they want people to bank solely with them, but no. Even if I wasn't happy with my bank and only have HAPO because it might have been the lowest rate, the aggressive push is a huge turn off. The app overall is kind of clunky, not intuitive at all, and just difficult to navigate.

Worst banking app ever. Every time I go to see my checking transactions the app crashes and closes. Sometimes it takes 10–15 times of me closing and opening and then crashing and doing it all over again. I wish I could give 0 stars

Easy to navigate and get stuff done. The new app does not log me out when I close it. I don't feel secure with it on my phone
