SO apparently, there's a glitch in the system where if you have 0 in your account on Friday, the system glitches and will throw a random amount in your account then if you have bills that withdraw then your account will go into the negatives once the glitch fixes itself, and then you're kinda on your own. They will hang up on you as well if you call and try to explain this. Gonna be moving banks.

We now have to have two-factor authorization for an INTERNAL transfer. I was told by the rep that it is because of fraudsters taking over accounts and transferring money out. OK, I get that. But requiring 2FA internally between my SRP accounts is a waste of my time and has nothing to do with keeping my accounts secure. I am moving the majority of my checking transactions to another bank and will be gone completely once my loans are paid off. That is ludicrous.
