I really like this bank and have had it for many years, and now I realize it doesn't use Belle, which is a shame because I use it a lot.

The app itself isn't terrible, but the login experience is miserable if you use a password manager. They do not allow you to paste into the password field. Every other banking app allows this, so it's not a security issue. What's more, if I switch to my password manager and try to switch back and enter it manually, the password field gets CLEARED OUT when the app loses focus.

It is the worst mobile Banking online app if you have an account with metro credit union. It is horrible. It is slow many times, you can't access it At all despite numerous tries, and the way Customer monthly bank statements are displayed and accessed Is cumbersome. If you try to speak to a human being, forget it on weekends or after hours during the week.

When accessing the app it refuses to send sms messages or answer your call to give you access to your app thus as a result it's highly unreliable in my opinion. You would probably have a better chance with another banking app.
