The app itself isn't terrible, but the login experience is miserable if you use a password manager. They do not allow you to paste into the password field. Every other banking app allows this, so it's not a security issue. What's more, if I switch to my password manager and try to switch back and enter it manually, the password field gets CLEARED OUT when the app loses focus.

When making a payment you click you want to make a payment. It sends you to a new screen no drop to pick your payment. You have manually enter it. So I over paid 0.70 cents I get a letter: No Principal payments allowed, Extra Payments may advance my due date by 90 days, Not to sure how we are going back in time. If you're so lucky to have to change your password, you will not be given a choice to look at what you are entering, so you get to look at dots and hope you enter it right.

It is the worst mobile Banking online app if you have an account with metro credit union. It is horrible. It is slow many times, you can't access it At all despite numerous tries, and the way Customer monthly bank statements are displayed and accessed Is cumbersome. If you try to speak to a human being, forget it on weekends or after hours during the week.
