With recent update the app is facing too many problems like hanging, lagging and freezing on the page. Back button not working. If you press back it's logged out cannot check statement, it's keep reloading. App was very decent earlier and was easy to handle pls make the app smooth.

Worst banking app experience. I am a Federal Bank credit card customer, but the app does not even allow proper credit card login. It always asks for savings account details, and I don’t have any active savings account with Federal Bank. If the bank provides credit cards, then they should provide a simple login and support system for credit card users too. Very poor service, frustrating app, and a complete waste of time. Federal Bank should fix this issue instead of troubling customers

The search option in account statement in the app doesn't work properly whenever I search someone names or number after 5-10 second the apps hangs very much and crash the app fix this

The app keeps asking for KYC updates, and I'm unable to access my account because of it. How many times do customers need to update their KYC? If further verification is required, we'd rather visit the bank directly. This is becoming very frustrating.
