I was previously using my savings account through the Fi App, and recently my account has been migrated to the Federal Bank App. My account number and other account details remain unchanged after the migration. However, I am facing an issue where my existing SIP investments, which were previously visible and accessible through the Fi App, are no longer showing in the Federal Bank App. I request you to kindly check this issue and confirm whether my SIPs are still active and linked to my account.

The app keeps asking for KYC updates, and I'm unable to access my account because of it. How many times do customers need to update their KYC? If further verification is required, we'd rather visit the bank directly. This is becoming very frustrating.

The previous app was working well and good but in this fed mobile app, I can't even login. Even after multiple attempts it shows the same warning message stating to enter a correct account number. Fed-up with this thing.

Hi, I need my virtual debit card details for setting up a payment method. In the old Fi app, I could view the full virtual debit card details including CVV, but in Fed Mobile the card number is masked and CVV is not visible. Could you please help me: 1? Access/view my virtual debit card details (especially CVV) or suggest an alternative? 2. Apply for a physical debit card linked to my existing account? Please let me know what verification details you need from my side.
