After the latest app update, on android you now have to change font size to get through I'd verification. Very slow response time

Tried to send a secure email on the app today, on Android phone, they have captchas in the app!! And they looped indefinitely!!could not get one to work!! Must have gone through 10 of them.why are they inside the app!you shouldn't need to jump through hoops like on the Internet inside an app!! Unbelievable.

The app has been very buggy since latest release. I am getting consistent "HTTP Status 400" error straight in app while attempting to view credit card account with error "The request sent by client was syntactically incorrect". The only way to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall the app but unfortunately the same would happen the following day. Generally great app until this started happening. Not good.
