Notifications used to be instantaneous when I used my card. Not now with the new and improved app. Also, the opt-out of savvy money did not work. Disappointed that I had no choice but to opt in, if I wanted to access my account. It would be great to know whether feedback is read and acted upon. Thanks!

The check deposit shutter sound is at max volume even when my phone is set to be completely silent. Terribly annoying!

This app sucks its too much stuff you have to do just to get to what you want, it's overcomplicated and junkie. They have been working on the notifications since they launched the app seem to me the bugs should have been worked out prior to launching it puts my accounts at risk, I have been hacked several times and need instant information when someone tries to steal from me. This has to many steps for just the simple things I hate it A

App functionality has completely degraded as of 5/24. Credit score link errors out. Card services errors out. Live chat always says it's outside business hours. Can no longer send messages.
