Love this so love this bank. Ms. Donna at the port orchard Washington branch off Tremont is AMAZING! So nice very helpful. Absolutely an amazing experience banking here. If I had known it was this smooth and flawless. I would have opened an account years ago. If your looking for a good bank with no hidden expectations and is up front and comprehensive. I suggest banking with kit sap credit union. I have 3 accounts with them. A savings, a peak debit account and a money market account.

This app sucks so bad it's almost unusable. It often glitches out when you actually need it to make a payment, so you have to wait sometimes for days to make your payment. Then your payment is late, but Kit sap CU doesn't care because they know their app is terrible, and it wasn't your fault. You're supposed to be able to link your external bank account, but that doesn't work. So you have to do an external transfer every time to load your account, so you can make your payment. Stupid & unnecessary.

This new app doesn't work with my Android. Give me the old app back. It's disturbing that a new app gets launched that doesn't provide any service. The app developer needs to get fired. By the way, my phone's system is up-to-date.

The app mostly helps me accomplish what I need. It still feels quite dated and has oddities that no one can help me with (for example instead of getting an email notification when I complete a transaction over a certain threshold, I get 3-10 emails all at once when I log into the app for transactions that happened days ago, rendering the notification functionality useless. No one can help me with that issue).
