I have been with them for 17 years now and currently live in Texas. I still do the majority of my banking through them. The customer service has always been amazing even from down here

Easy to use. Especially since the main branch isn't nearby. But I don't like having Kit sap call with a code to make a belle transfer. I'm hard of hearing and usually misunderstand. Text would be helpful.

The worst bank app I've ever used. The notifications are garbage compared to every other I've used. I want a notification that gives me a clear and easy to digest report of a transaction or my balance. Not "100 new messages" notification that takes me to a slow garbage app that's serving me ads under the guise of "New messages".

Went to pay a bill. An ad appeared over the "from" account selection. I had to click the ad to pay the bill. Then another ad appeared over the "submit" button. That's right. I had to click two ads to pay my bill. Shame on you, Kit sap Credit Union. I shouldn't need to see ads in my credit union app.

This app sucks so bad it's almost unusable. It often glitches out when you actually need it to make a payment, so you have to wait sometimes for days to make your payment. Then your payment is late, but Kit sap CU doesn't care because they know their app is terrible, and it wasn't your fault. You're supposed to be able to link your external bank account, but that doesn't work. So you have to do an external transfer every time to load your account, so you can make your payment. Stupid & unnecessary.
