Easy to install, and mostly easy to use. I do highly recommend this app for all Workers members. I would however make a few improvements. Such as when making loan payments using the app it would be very convenient if there was also an option to make overpayment go toward the principal of the loan a not just be considered an extra regular payment. And have the ability to add or remove people from accounts or open and close an account via the app. Obviously verifications would need to be in place

Every freaking time I go to use this app which is infrequently, I get locked out. This time today, it said too many trees so that's why it locked me out I made one try and then clicked on forgot my password. I was told that's why I got locked out. It's a mess exclamation point

Frequently broken and difficult to use. Nonsensical changes are made every year that do nothing but make it confusing to find what you're looking for. This app also won't bother to save your biometric information, and autofill for the password frequently fails. I hate having to use this piece of software.

Randomly doesn't open and makes you change password randomly shuts off fingerprint login pretty terrible overall
