Love the First mark app. Use it all the time! Highly recommend you download it to keep track of account(s), making mobile deposits is easy and transferring money to and from accounts is easy and simple!

So every month I get a check and use your mobile deposit feature, no problem. This past month and today I was having trouble using this feature. Last month took several tries for the app to capture my check. And today I was not able to capture at all, it just logs me off the app. Even manually capturing the check logs me out. Logging in to a browser from phone doesn't work either cause there is no option to mobile deposit from a mobile browser. I'd write more but only allows for 500 char.

Transaction alerts used to be delivered immediately. Now it takes several DAYS to receive an alert. The option to select push notifications cannot be enabled for some reason. It says to "download the app." Please resolve this issue. Update 09/2022: Push notifications were abandoned. I've learned to live without the feature. Now, there is a device that I want to revoke access to, and the bottom menu is blocking the "REQUEST CODE" button.
